Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WildBranch. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use WildBranch. By accessing this site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We use a geo- and age-gating mechanism at the edge of the service and may take additional verification steps at our discretion.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. One account per person.

3. Content

WildBranch hosts explicit sexual fiction written by human authors and curated by our editors. All stories are fictional; all characters depicted in sexual situations are fictional adults aged 18 or older. Cover and illustration images are either created in-house or generated with AI tools and do not depict real persons.

Content may explore themes of sexual desire, power dynamics, and adult relationships. Trigger and content advisories are provided on individual story pages where appropriate.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, screenshot, scrape, or otherwise copy WildBranch content, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than personal reading.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access-control, or payment systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the site except for publicly documented purposes.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing material via any feature that accepts user input.
• Use the site to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Virtual Currency

Credits (❦) are a virtual in-site currency used to unlock paid paths within stories. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Balances are credited to your account following redemption of a valid pack key and are forfeited upon account termination for a violation of these Terms.

6. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Gumroad. By making a purchase you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser. All sales are final; in the event of a processing error, contact us at hello@wildbranch.app and we will review in good faith.

7. Intellectual Property

All stories, illustrations, typography, visual design, and software on WildBranch are owned by WildBranch or its contributing authors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read content for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and virtual currency balances are forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WildBranch and its officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to WildBranch in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and where the changes are material we will attempt to notify you by email or in-site notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
